These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "Player", "you", or "your") and dewa1000 (hereinafter referred to as "dewa1000", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your access to and use of the website located at https://dewa1000.cam, including all related subdomains, mobile interfaces, applications, and services offered therein.

dewa1000 is an online gaming and sports betting platform operating under international gaming licences from recognised offshore regulatory frameworks. The Platform offers casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, and related entertainment services to eligible adult users. All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and displayed amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified.

By accessing the dewa1000 website, creating a Player Account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their current form, as well as all applicable supplemental policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting our support team.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

To be eligible to register and maintain a Player Account on dewa1000, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter when using the Platform. dewa1000 applies a strict minimum age of 21 for all casino and sports betting activities, consistent with internationally recognised responsible gambling standards.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. Persons under legal guardianship, persons declared legally incompetent, or persons otherwise lacking capacity may not register.
• Single Account: Each natural person is permitted to hold only one (1) Player Account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: All registration details provided must be accurate, complete, and current. You must not register using fictitious names, another person's identity, or fraudulent contact details.
• Not a Prohibited Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, a citizen of, or a tax resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, or where dewa1000 has specifically restricted access.
• Not a dewa1000 Employee: Current employees, contractors, and their immediate family members residing at the same address are not eligible to maintain a Player Account or participate in promotions.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order, either placed through dewa1000 or through any applicable gambling self-exclusion registry.

Registration on the dewa1000 Platform is free of charge. During the registration process, you will be required to provide a valid email address, a chosen username, a secure password, and your date of birth. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful, accurate, and your own.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your password with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or permit any other person to place bets or conduct transactions on your behalf. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorised by you or not — shall be deemed your responsibility.

Notification of Breach. In the event you become aware or suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify dewa1000 immediately through our 24/7 live chat support. dewa1000 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account prior to receiving such notification.

Name Consistency. The name registered on your dewa1000 account must match the name on your payment accounts. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts held in the same name as the dewa1000 Player Account. Payments to third-party accounts — including those of family members — are not permitted and will be declined.

dewa1000 supports a range of payment methods tailored to Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating institutions), Visa, Mastercard, and select cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, BNB).

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are typically credited within minutes. Bank wire transfers may take longer depending on the initiating bank's processing schedule.
• dewa1000 does not charge deposit fees. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• dewa1000 reserves the right to request evidence of payment method ownership at any time as part of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance procedures.

5.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. This is a standard AML safeguard.
• Completed KYC verification is required for withdrawal processing. Accounts that have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• All active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied before any withdrawal from a balance containing Bonus Funds can be processed.
• dewa1000 targets the following processing timelines, which are indicative and not guaranteed: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX within 5–15 minutes; bank wire within 15–60 minutes.
• dewa1000 reserves the right to carry out enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified of any such delays.

dewa1000 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bet credits, VIP programme rewards, and referral bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

• Each Player is entitled to claim any given welcome bonus only once. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via separate accounts or payment methods constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover). Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. For example, a RM 100 bonus requires RM 2,000 in qualifying bets before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Different game categories contribute differently towards wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10–20%). The exact contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses have expiry periods. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be utilised within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to the account. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• dewa1000 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions cannot be combined unless explicitly stated as combinable.
• Any winnings generated through bets placed with Bonus Funds while wagering requirements remain unsatisfied are considered conditional winnings and will not be available for withdrawal until the requirements are met.

All bets and wagers placed on the dewa1000 Platform are subject to the following general rules in addition to any game-specific or sport-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform.

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is only considered accepted and valid once confirmed by the Platform system and a confirmation reference number is generated. Bets not confirmed due to technical errors, network interruptions, or insufficient balance are null and void.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per event, and per Player account as displayed within each game or betting market. These limits may vary by game type, event, and account tier.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a system error, manifest pricing error, or game malfunction, dewa1000 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to Player Accounts. This applies to both sports betting and casino games.
• Sports Betting: dewa1000 offers betting markets on Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, UFC, Formula 1, NBA, and other international sporting events. All sports bets are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• Integrity and Match Fixing: dewa1000 actively participates in sports integrity monitoring programmes. Any account suspected of placing bets linked to match-fixing, insider information, or other integrity violations will be suspended pending investigation, and relevant information may be shared with appropriate regulatory bodies.
• Final Results: The outcome of bets is determined by the official result declared by the relevant governing body. dewa1000's decision regarding the settlement of bets is final in the event of any dispute regarding results.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dewa1000 Platform. Engagement in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (real money and bonus), and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one Player Account per natural person, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including false date of birth declarations to circumvent the 21+ age requirement.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical means to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or defraud other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or loopholes in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be reported and will be forfeited.
• Using the Platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. dewa1000 is required to report suspicious transactions under applicable anti-money laundering frameworks.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited under local law, including through the use of VPN, proxy services, or other circumvention technologies.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour towards dewa1000 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

All content on the dewa1000 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, user interface elements, text content, promotional materials, software code, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of dewa1000 or its licensed partners and content suppliers.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant any right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.

Game content provided by third-party game studios is subject to those studios' intellectual property rights. Unauthorised reproduction of game content, promotional graphics, or branded materials may constitute trademark or copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dewa1000 and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

dewa1000 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's continuous availability, error-free operation, or fitness for any particular purpose. Scheduled maintenance, unscheduled downtime, and third-party service interruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability.

In all circumstances, dewa1000's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of your Real Money Balance at the time the claim arises, or RM 5,000, whichever is lesser, unless applicable law mandates otherwise.

dewa1000 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and have implemented a range of safeguards and tools to support Players in managing their gambling activity.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately; an increase in limits is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are willing to lose within a specified period. Loss limits help prevent unplanned spending during sessions.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders, which will alert them at specified intervals during play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible during the selected period.
• Reality Check: Players may activate periodic reality-check notifications displaying their net win/loss position and session duration at regular intervals.

dewa1000 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (which are illustrative and not exhaustive):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplemental policy.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a request.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a financial institution connected to a deposit on the account.
• Discovery of multiple accounts registered by the same person.
• Request by a regulatory body or law enforcement agency.
• Failure to meet or maintain Account Eligibility requirements as set out in Section 3.

Voluntary Closure: Players who wish to close their accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting our customer support team. Any Real Money Balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned via the Player's registered withdrawal method, subject to KYC and wagering requirement checks. Unused Bonus Funds are forfeited upon account closure.

Closure upon Suspension: Where an account is suspended due to a verified breach of these Terms, dewa1000 reserves the right to retain all funds within the account pending the outcome of any investigation, and to permanently forfeit those funds where a breach is confirmed.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which dewa1000 holds its international gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and dewa1000, the Player is encouraged to first contact our Customer Support team to seek an informal resolution. dewa1000 is committed to resolving disputes promptly and fairly, and the majority of issues are resolved at this stage.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution body designated under dewa1000's international licensing framework. Players will be provided with the relevant escalation details upon request.

dewa1000's decisions regarding game outcomes, account reviews, and the application of these Terms are final and binding, except where superseded by a formal dispute resolution finding.

dewa1000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify Players by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by sending a notification to the registered email address on file, with at least 7 days' advance notice before the changes take effect, except where earlier implementation is required by law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your account and receive any eligible withdrawal of your Real Money Balance.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent version of these Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
